Dodging the Governor

This weekend went to Governor Dodge for the first spring session.  Weather was sunny and 55 degrees, a welcome change to the cool and wet weather that has been covering the mid-west.  Got on all of the problems in the Lonely Area (smaller area).  Then we headed to Campground B (huge area).  The photos are some of the highlights.  1. So the spring season starts.  After a couple of warmer days mid 30's.  We went out to see if we could find any dry boulders.  A few problems were dry and the rest are under about two feet of snow and soaking wet.  I am hoping that spring will sprung soon.

Rock Town Bouldering

These are some photos of my recent trip to Rock Town.  Rock Town offers some of the best sandstone bouldering in the country.  More to come.
